This is an easy and uplifting practice to try. I purchased index cards from the Dollar Tree for, you guessed it, one dollar (plus tax). You can search Pinterest for your favorite mantra ideas or choose personal words that resonate with you as well.
Whenever you need to, read a few or as many messages to yourself as you like. Switch between days of reading the cards aloud and quietly to yourself. Shuffling the cards will bring a sense of variety and encourage special energetic messages your body needs to hear.
